Barbecued Lamb Spareribs

Ingredients

  • 3 cups vegetable cocktail juice
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1/2 medium lemon, slice
  • 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • Dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 Lbs. lamb spareribs

Directions

  1. In a glass baking dish, combine the cocktail juice with the onion, lemon, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce. Add the lamb and marinate for 24 hours. Drain and reserve the marinade.

  2. Place the spareribs on the grill 6 to 7 inches from the coals and grill for 8 to 10 minutes on each side, brushing frequently with marinade.

  3. Heat the remaining marinade and serve as a sauce with the lamb.
