Barbecued Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. water

Directions

  1. Mix together ground beef, milk, salt and pepper. Shape into 16 balls and fry in small amount of fat until browned.

  2. Combine catsup, Worcestershire, onion, sugar, vinegar, and water. Pour over meat in skillet; cover and cook slowly 10 minutes, turning meat

  3. occasionally.

  4. makes 16 meatballs
