Pulled Chicken Tex-Mex Toasts

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 16-inch baguette, quartered and split
  • 4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • Sliced provolone
  • Sliced radishes, sliced jalapenos and fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler. In a small bowl, whisk olive oil and lime juice. Drizzle baguette halves with half the dressing; season. Top with chicken and provolone; broil until cheese is browned in spots, about 3 minutes. Drizzle with remaining dressing; garnish.
