Paneer Tikka

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 package paneer (more see recipe to make paneer)
  • 1 container of yogurt
  • 1-2 cup water
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 vidalia onion
  • 4 tablespoons paneer tikka masala
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 2 tablespoons salt

Directions

  1. 1) cut paneer into large chucks (1" by .5")

  2. 2) Deep fry paneer

  3. 3) Mix the following: yogurt, tikka masala, garam masala, salt, and water

  4. 4) Pour yogurt mixture in a pan and place fried paneer pieces until submerged

  5. 5) store in refrigerator (2 hours – Overnight)

  6. Cut onions and peppers into big pieces (1.5")

  7. 7) mix with battered paneers and place on oven tray

  8. 8) Grill/Bake for 20 minutes

  9. 9) Remove from oven, place in platter or stakes and enjoy!

  10. As appetizer or with naan and raitu
