Cheesy Grilled Veggies Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cheese tortellini, cooked
  • About 4 cups chopped store-bought grill veggies (from the deli counter), such as green and yellow squash, multicolor bell peppers, asparagus, red onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • Dressing:
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Whisk together dressing. Toss in all other ingredients.
