Ingredients

  • 2 cups Boiled Mung
  • 2 teaspoons Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Dhana Jeeru (corriander and cumin powder)
  • Pinch Marchu (chili pepper)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Directions

  1. place mung into bowl (warm or cold)

  2. take another bowl and mix oil and spices

  3. pour over mung

  4. squeeze lemon juice

  5. enjoy!
