Chocolate Peanut Butter Bomb

Ingredients

  • Chocolate Layer:
  • 2 tbs coconut oil melted
  • 4 tbs peanut butter
  • 4 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp Stevia (I used 1/4 cup Swerve instead of stevia)
  • Peanut Butter Layer:
  • 2 tbs coconut oil melted
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp Stevia

Directions

  1. Chocolate Layer

  2. Combine all ingredients for chocolate layer, stir till smooth.

  3. Pour in muffin cups and freeze about 10 minutes.

  4. Peanut Butter Layer

  5. Combine all ingredients for peanut butter layer.

  6. Pour on top of chocolate.

  7. Freeze until firm.

  8. Keep refrigerated or frozen until ready to eat
