Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 1 cup onion rings
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 16 oz. jar sliced beets, drained
- Lettuce
- Kraft Thousand Island Dressing
Directions

Combine cucumber, onion and seasonings; toss lightly. Cover and chill. Arrange beets on lettuce-covered platter; top with cucumber mixture. Serve with dressing.
