Roasted Cauliflower Wedge Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower
  • Blue cheese dressing
  • Chopped chives
  • Cooked, crumbled bacon

Directions

  1. Trim leaves and stem from cauliflower; quarter through the center. Place on baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil; season. Roast at 425 until golden, about 30 minutes. Divide among plates; season. Top with blue cheese dressing, chives and bacon.
