Bayou Club Bam Bam Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. jumbo shrimp, butterflied
  • 1 cup club soda, cold
  • 1/4 cup tice flour
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Tabasco
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Canola oil for frying

Directions

  1. heat oil to 350 degrees in large pan. Make batter with club soda, flours and salt.

  2. Place shrimp in batter and drop one at a time into oil. When shrimp is golden brown, place on paper towels to drain.

  3. In mixing bowl, comi9bne Tabasco and mayonnaise. Add fried shrimp o mix and toss. Serve immediately.
