Quick-Pickled Chiles

Ingredients

  • 3 Fresno chiles, thinly sliced on a diagonal
  • 2 Hungarian wax chiles, thinly sliced on a diagonal
  • 1 cup Sauvignon Blanc vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp. kosher salt

Directions

  1. Place chiles in a jar. Bring vinegar, sugar, and salt to a boil in a small saucepan, stirring to dissolve sugar and salt. Pour brine over chiles, seal jar, and let cool.
