Coconut Whipped Cream

To prepare, place the bowl and beaters in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbl. confectioners sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Directions

  1. Beat heavy cream until thickened and holding stiff peaks.

  2. Beat in sugar and vanilla only until incorporated.

  3. Gently fold in coconut.
