John Walker’s Deer Marinade

Ingredients

  • One 6-oz can of pineapple juice
  • Two tablespoona concentrated lemon juice
  • Two tspns virgin olive oil
  • Two tbs Worcester
  • One clove of chopped garlic
  • One tsp pepper
  • One tsp salt
  • One onion
  • Six ozs Italian dressing

Directions

  1. Combine all ingrediants except onion

  2. Slice half of onion in bottom of bowl

  3. Lay steaks over the top

  4. Pour marinade over steaks

  5. Put the remaining slice of the onion on top of the steaks

  6. Leave in a bowl, refrigerated, overnight.
