Bean Mushroom Medley

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. fresh green beans (1 1/2 cups)
  • 2 fresh medium carrots
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced (3 cups)
  • 1/4 cup margarine or butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Accent salt
  • 1/3 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/8 tsp. white pepper

Directions

  1. Heat water to boil; add beans and carrots. Cover and simmer until tender, about 12 minutes; drain.

  2. Cook onion and mushrooms in margarine until tender, about 5 minutes. Reduce heat and cover for 3 minutes in skillet. Stir in beans, carrots, salt, Accent, garlic, salt and white pepper. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Serve.
