Loaded MINI Pierogy Fries

Ingredients

  • 2 12.84-oz. boxes Mrs. T's MINI Cheddar Seasoned with Bacon Pierogies
  • 8 oz. sharp cheddar, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 2 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp stone-ground Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • 1/2-3/4 cup bee
  • 8 oz. bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Spray baking sheet and both side of pierogis with non-stick cooking spray and place on baking sheet. Bake pierogis for 16-18 minutes until pierogis are puffed and golden brown, turning halfway through. Place cubed cheddar, cream cheese, Worcestershire, mustard, garlic, paprika and Sriracha in a food processor; blend until finely chopped. Slowly pour beer into food processor until desired consistency is reach; set aside. Top pierogis with beer cheese sauce, crumbled bacon and green onions before serving.
