Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cans (no.2) garbanzo beans, drained
  • 4 cans (no.2) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 4 cans (no.2) French-cut beans, drained
  • 4 cups celery, diced
  • 2 cups green pepper, diced
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 4 cups French or Italian dressing

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and toss lightly to cover with dressing.

  2. May stand in refrigerator overnight. serve on lettuce leaves, which may be washed and stored in plastic bags.
