Becky’s Hamburger Pie

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. shortening
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can tomato soup
- 4 to 5 medium potatoes (cooked and mashed)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 stick butter
Directions

Melt shortening skillet, add meat and onions and cook until brown. Add beans and soup.

Pour into greased dish. Add egg and butter to mashed potatoes, whip until creamy and pile on top of meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
