Dill-Marinated Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 6 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 1 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp snipped fresh dill
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Place broccoli in a large Ziploc bag. Whisk together remaining ingredients; add to broccoli. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

  2. To serve, drain broccoli, discarding the marinade.
