Chick-fil-A chicken sandwhiches

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked, cooled and cut into cubes
  • 1.5 slalks celery- cut to 1" pieces
  • 1/3 C sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2 C mayo
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs (cooled and peeled)
  • croissants or bread
  • optional: 2 cups diced apples, 1-2 cups sliced grapes)

Directions

  1. using food processor, mix chicken, celery mayo, and relish on low/medium for 5 seconds. Begin adding egg 1 at a time and continue to process 10 more seconds, or until chopped to desired consistency.

  2. Serve on croissants, bread, or crackers
