Beans and Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 5 slices bacon
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 1/2 lb. green beans
  • 2 cups tomatoes, cooked
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

  1. Dice bacon; cook in frying pan until pieces are crisp.

  2. Add onions and cook lightly. Add beans which have been Frenched (cut unto long thin ribbons), tomatoes and seasonings. Cover. Cook until beans aare tender.
