Roasted Broccoli with Parmesan Lemon Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • 5 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons shaved parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400.

  2. Place broccoli florets on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes and remove.
  4. In a small bowl mix, butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt to taste. Mix and pour over broccoli. Toss to coat.
  5. Garnish with shaved parmesan.
