Candied Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of breakfast sausage (I used Owen’s), uncooked
  • 11/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of candied jalapenos plus a splash of the juice in the jar
  • 11/4 cups Bisquick mix

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Line a cookie sheet with foil and then spray it with cooking spray (for easy clean up). Set aside.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine all of your ingredients with a wooden spoon. (I just added like a tablespoon or so of the juice in with the ingredients.) Roll out the mixture into golf ball sized balls and place them on your prepared baking dish.

  4. Bake about 20 to 25 minutes or until browned.

  5. Remove and serve immediately or at room temperature.

  6. That’s it! Everyone will love them!
