Pickled Beets

Ingredients

  • 1 C water
  • 1 C vinegar
  • 1 C brown sugar
  • 1 t salt
  • beets

Directions

  1. Cook beets and remove skin. Slice or dice.

  2. Mix water, vinegar and bring to boil. Cover beets and let stand 30 minutes
