Deer Valley Poppy Seed Cake

Ingredients

  • 37 oz white cake mix
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c sherry
  • 1 1/2 c veg oil
  • 7 1/4 oz pkg vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 c poppy seeds

Directions

  1. Combine dry ingredients in mixer. Slowly add wet ingredients – do no over beat.

  2. Bake at 350F in greased, floured Bundt pans (2)
