Bishop’s Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cubes butter (1 cup)
- 2 c sugar
- 5 whole eggs 1 Tbs lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 c CAKE flour
Directions

Cream butter and sugar well.

Beat in eggs (1 at a time thoroughly)

Add lemon juice and vanilla and cake flour.

Bake 1 hr 10 min @325F in a floured tube pan.
