Chicken Grape Poppy Seed Salad

Diane says to make this with old crock-pot chicken leftovers

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded chicken, white and dark (you can also used canned, but hand pulled crock pot chicken doubles the scrumptiousness of this recipe!)
  • 1 1/2 cups green seedless grapes (roughly 40 grapes), cut into halves, or quarters for larger grapes
  • 2 Tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise, or to taste
  • 1/2 Tbsp poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 Tbsp celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. (You can also add chopped walnuts and/or small diced celery to give this salad some crunch!) Serve with croissants.
