Fish in Orange Sauce

Ingredients

  • Flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 8 oz fillet of cod, haddock, or hake, skinned
  • 1 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp freshly squeezed orange juice

Directions

  1. Season some flour with salt and pepper

  2. Coat the fish in the seasoned flour

  3. Melt the butter or margarine in a frying pan

  4. Saute the fish for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally

  5. Mix together the soy sauce and orange juice, pour over the fish, turn up the heat, and cook for about 1 minute
