Mandarin Masterpiece

Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg. vanilla wafers
  • 2 small cans mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped tp soft peaks OR 1 carton Cool Whip
  • Chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Grease an oblong cake pan and line it with vanilla wafers. Arrange mandarin orange sections over the wafers.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the condensed milk and lemon juice. Pour mixture evenly over the mandarins. Top with another layer of vanilla wafers, then top with whipped cream. Crumble and sprinkle any remaining wafers and the pecans over the top. Refrigerate 8 to 12 hours before swerving.
