Baked Pimiento Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayo
  • 4 oz. jar diced pimientos, drained
  • 2 tbsp. dill pickle juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
  • 8 oz. block extra-sharp Cheddar, shredded
  • 8 oz. block sharp Cheddar, shredded

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9-inch cast-iron skillet with cooking spray.

  2. In a medium bowl, stir together mayo, pimientos, pickle juice, Worcestershire, and red pepper. Stir in cheese. Spoon into prepared skillet.

  3. Bake until golden and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
