Garlic Rosemary Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 lbs. Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 cup panko
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh rosemary

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425. Microwave first 4 ingredients on high 30 seconds. In a 15×10×1-in. pan, toss Brussels sprouts with 3 tbsp oil mixture. Roast 10 minutes. Toss panko with rosemary and remaining oil mixture; sprinkle over sprouts. Bake until sprouts are tender, 12-15 minutes.
