Flour Tortilla Appetizers

Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • dash of cayenne pepper, optional
  • 5 Tbsp. Miracle Whip
  • 4 large (burrito size) flour tortillas
  • 1 green pepper, finely chopped
  • 4 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 small pkg. (2.5 oz.) Buddig ham, (or thin deli-sliced ham), finely chopped

Directions

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Mix chopped ingredients with cream cheese mixture.

  3. Place one of the flour tortillas on a plate and spread 1/3 of the mixture evenly over it.

  4. Spread 1/3 of the mixture on an additional tortilla and place it on top of the first one, filling side up.

  5. Spread the remaining 1/3 of the mixture on the third one and place it on toip of the other two.

  6. Top these with the fourth tortilla.

  7. Cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight.

  8. Cut into 1-inch squares and place them on the serving dish, with a toothpick in each one.
