Beef- Corn Stew

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 3 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 17 oz. can cream-style corn
  • 1 10 1/2-oz. can condensed beef broth
  • 1 tsp. salt dash pepper

Directions

  1. In large skillet brown beef and onion; drain off excess fat. Add diced potato, cream-style corn, beef broth, salt and pepper; mix well.

  2. Cover; cook over low heat for 20 to 25 minute, stirring occasionally.
