Beef and Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. ground pork
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated onion
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1 cabbage
  • 3 cups tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire

Directions

  1. Combine the meats, salt, pepper, onion and rice and shape into rolls.

  2. Remove the core from cabbage place cabbage in 1mquart boiling water in a saucepan and steam until leaves begin to wilt. Secure with toothpicks and place i8n a casserole.

  3. Combine the tomato sauce, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce and pour over cabbage rolls. Cover casserole.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour an 30 minutes or until the rice is dome.
