Ingredients
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 3/4 cup milk (Pet milk, undiluted)
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup
Directions

Combine egg and milk. Add bread crumbs and soak 10 minutes. Add beef, onions, salt and pepper; mix lightly. Do noit pack.

Place in a loaf pan of shape into a loaf on a shallow baking pan. Spread ketchup on top.

Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) about 1 hour.
