Beef and Mushroom Bolognese

  • 6 oz. fettuccine pasta, uncooked
  • Olive Oil No-stick Cooking spray
  • 1 lb. ground round beef
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt8 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 3 Tbsp. tomato paste
  • 2 cans (14.5 oz. each) Diced tomatoes with fennel and Red pepper, undrained


  1. Cook pasta. Spray skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add beef, onion and garlic salt; cook 5 minutes or until beef is crumbled and no longer pink. Remove all but 1 Tbsp. drippings.

  2. Add mushrooms and tomato paste; cook until mushrooms are tender. Add undrained tomatoes; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, stir in pasta; simmer until hot.
