Creamy Parmesan Polenta

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 16 oz. package polenta (cut into 1/2-inch cubes)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Dash of paprika


  1. Bring chicken broth and polenta to a boil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring to break up pieces, until polenta is smooth, 5-7 minutes. Remove pan from heat. Stir in Parmesan and black pepper. Sprinkle with paprika.
