Million dollar spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1-8 oz package spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1-16 oz jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 C butter/ sliced
  • 8 oz cottage cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 C sour cream
  • 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees

  2. Cook spaghetti about 12 minutes-drain

  3. Brown beef, drain grease

  4. Transfer to a bowl and mix spaghetti sauce into beef

  5. Place 1/2 butter in bottom of 9X13 casserole

  6. Spread 1/2 spaghetti onto bottom of dish

  7. Mix cottage cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream together in a bowl

  8. Spread over spaghetti

  9. Layer remaining spaghetti over creamy mixture

  10. Top with remaining pats of butter

  11. Pour ground beef over spaghetti

  12. BAKE for 30 minutes

  13. Spread cheddar cheese over casserole and continue baking until cheese has melted and is lightly browned- about 15 more minutes
