Corn Chip Dip

  • 2 15 oz. cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped (red, green and/or orange
  • 1/2 cup purple onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 1 10 oz. bag Fritos corn chips, crushed


  1. Combine corn, peppers, onions, cheese and Miracle Whip. Chill at least 4 hours. Mix in crushed Fritos right before serving.
