Skillet Sweet Chili Chicken

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped


  1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add the chicken, seasoned with salt and pepper to taste, and cook until lightly brown all over, about 6 minutes, before adding the sweet chili sauce, fish sauce, and lime juice and cooking to warm.
  2. Mix in the cilantro, remove from heat and enjoy!
