Smoked Gouda and Beer Sauce

Ingredients

  • 9 tbsp. pale ale or wheat beer
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 3 1/2 oz. smoked Gouda, shredded
  • 2 tbsp. Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp ground mustard
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Directions

  1. Heat beer in a small saucepan over low until bubbling, about 1 minute. Stir in flour. Add cheese, stirring with a whisk until smooth. Remove pan from heat; stir in yogurt, ground mustard, and paprika.
