Mushroom Chicken Alfredo

Serves 4 people

  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 large boneless skinless chicken breast
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cavender's Greek seasoning, to taste
  • 16 oz. jar Alfredo sauce
  • 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 8 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained


  1. Heat oil over medium-high heat. Season chicken on both sides. Brown 4 minutes on first side.

  2. Reduce heat to medium. Turn and cook 4 minutes longer. Turn off heat and cover. Let sit for 30 minutes.

  3. Remove chicken from pan and slice into bite-size pieces. Put chicken back into skillet, add the remaining ingredients.
