Cheesy Pasta Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 16 oz. package refrigerated tortellini
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 small can of tomato sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar

Directions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet then drain off the fat.

  2. Add the tortellini, water, garlic powder, and onion powder and stir together.

  3. Bring the skillet to a boil, reduce heat and cover.

  4. Cook until the tortellini is soft then drain off the excess water.

  5. Stir in the diced tomatoes and tomato sauce.

  6. Sprinkle the cheese over the mixture evenly and let it melt then serve.
