Hoisin Steak Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. sliced flank steak
  • Salt and pepper
  • Vegetable oil, for cooking
  • 6 cups sliced shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tsp chili-garlic sauce
  • 6 scallions, chopped

Directions

  1. Season steak with salt and pepper. Stir-fry in oil, 2 minutes; remove. Add more oil; stir-fry mushrooms and ginger, 3-4 minutes. Add hoisin sauce, chili-garlic sauce, steak and scallions; toss to heat through.
