Smashed Avocados

Ingredients

  • 4 hass avocados
  • 1/2 cup pico de gallo (See recipe)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Scoop out the flesh of the avocados into a bowl and smash with a fork. Add pico, olive oil, salt and pepper; stir well. Cover with plastic wrap touching the surface until ready to serve.
