Pico De Gallo

Ingredients

  • 4 plum tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 red onion, minced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 jalapeno, minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • Black pepper

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate to allow the flavors to meld, 1 hour or up to 3 days. Drain any excess liquid before serving.
