Smoked Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 14 oz. can artichokes, drained
  • 2/3 cup diced onion
  • 6 pieces cooked, chopped bacon
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tso. white vinegar
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan and Romano cheese
  • 1/a tsp. dried basil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Quarter artichoke hearts and mix all ingredients, except bread crumbs (which are sprinkled on top) in iron skillet. Place in smoker at 225 degrees 1-3 hours.
