Mexican-Style Grilled Avocados

Ingredients

  • 3 firm avocados, halved and pitted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup crumbled queso fresco
  • 2 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro leaves
  • Hot sauce, to taste

Directions

  1. Drizzle avocados with oil; season with salt. Grill, cutside down, over high heat until just charred, about 2 minutes. Garnish with remaining ingredients.
