Baked Chili-Lime Corn

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp lime zest
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 3/4 tsp seasoned pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 ears sweet corn, cut into 3-inch pieces

Directions

  1. Combine the first 6 ingredients. Place corn in a greased 13×9-inch baking dish. Brush corn with half the butter mixture. Cover and bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Uncover; brush corn with the remaining butter mixture. Bake, uncovered, until tender, about 5 minutes.
