Brown Butter

Ingredients

  • Stick of unsalted butter

Directions

  1. Cut the butter into pieces; melt in a small skillet over medium heat and cook, stirring occasionally with a rubber spatula, until the butter smells toasted and brown flecks appear, about 7 minutes. Immediately pour into a liquid measuring cup to stop the cooking, then season with salt and toss with cooked noodles.
