Tandoori Chicken Sliders

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup tandoori paste
  • 1 bunch trimmed scallions
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Slider buns
  • Plain yogurt, fresh cilantro and fresh mint, for topping

Directions

  1. Pound chicken until 1/2 inch thick; marinate in a mix of yogurt and tandoori paste, 3 hours. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill over medium-high heat, turning once, 8-10 minutes; slice. Toss scallions with olive oil and season with salt; grill, turning once, 1-2 minutes. Place the chicken and scallions on slider buns with yogurt, cilantro and mint.
